As with most parents with a 2 year old, they don't fully understand the reason why you can not touch something..... No matter how many times I tell Lexi "Sorry, you can't touch him. He will loose his magic, and have to go back to the north pole!!" She still tries again and again to give him a kiss, or a hug, or help him up when he has fallen out of his balloon (and then give him a bath...)
So I sent Santa an email, and asked him for help!! Seems like every day, Topher is losing his magic, and every day he has to go back to the North Pole, and every day we get the tears because Topher is Gone!
Santa was quick to respond!!!! He sent his magic our way!!!
And his Magic Snow came with a special poem!
Poem Reads:
Santa heard your Elf
is feeling blue
His magic is fading fast
St. Nick’s powers are
strong and true
And Elf’s sadness will not last
With a wiggle of His nose
Santa will make it better
Your elf will be aglow
With more magic than ever
Sprinkle this snow on Elf
For the problem it will fix
He’ll be back on the Shelf
Thanks to one of
Kris Kringel’s tricks
Also came with instructions
1. Give your Elf a big hug!
2. Give him a Kiss
3. Tell him your sorry for touching him
4. Sprinkle snow over his head
5. Put him in a safe place for the night
If you want to make your own, Here are some templates!
Print this, fold in half, and staple to the top of your bag of magic snow
Print this, Fold in Half, and stick inside your bag of Magic Snow
A hug is always a nice gift. Thank you, Lexi.
